At Buffalo Bunny, we're committed to providing a seamless shopping experience with free U.S. shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, and international deliveries.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 3–5 business days
U.S. Shipping Times
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes or discounts)
- Return shipping costs are not included; you cover that part unless the item is damaged or defective
- Only standard shipping methods qualify. Expedited shipping may incur additional fees.

We proudly ship worldwide; every item is made-to-order and delivered through our global print partners with care and precision.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK & EU: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia: 10–15 business days

Customs, VAT & Duties
For international orders, all applicable taxes and duties are included in your final order total at checkout. There are no surprise fees upon delivery; what you see is what you pay.
- We partner with global providers to offer transparent, upfront pricing with all customs and VAT handled in advance.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Delays & Disruptions
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will support you through any disruptions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items) at cs@buffalobunny.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or packaging (if applicable)
We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- Free shipping applies only to the original delivery of qualifying orders
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective
- For international pillow returns, we follow the same policy as U.S. see our Return Policy.
