At Buffalo Bunny, everything is made to order using our original designs. This reduces waste, supports responsible production, and keeps the quality high. Below you'll find how returns are handled for pillows and wallpaper.



Pillows:

The Love-It Guarantee

We want you to love your pillows. If not, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, under the terms below.


Eligibility (All Pillow Returns)

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.



Returns for 1–3 Pillows (Per Order)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Refund method: Full refund to your original payment method (excluding
    original shipping), or store credit if preferred
  • Restocking fee: 20% of the item total to cover made-to-order production and
    re-inspection
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer (unless defective or damaged)



Returns for 4+ Pillows (Per Order)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Restocking fee: 20% of the item total to cover made-to-order production and re-inspection
  • Refund method: Store credit only, for the remaining balance after restocking fee
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged
Tip: Since each pillow is made to order, we recommend starting with a single pillow to confirm fabric, color, and texture before purchasing multiples.


Exchanges

Need a different size or design? We're happy to help. Standard shipping rates apply for preference-based exchanges.



Wallpaper: Made to Order, Final Sale

All wallpaper is custom-printed to your specifications and is considered final sale once production begins, except in cases of damage or misprint.


To order with confidence:

  • Order a sample to see the true color and scale in your space and lighting
  • Download a print-at-home sample from any product page
  • Please note: screen colors may vary. Ordered samples are the most accurate way to preview.
  • Installation errors or incorrect measurements are not considered defects.



Damaged or Defective Items (Pillows & Wallpaper)

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@buffalobunny.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging
  • If confirmed, we'll cover return and replacement shipping



How to Start a Return (Pillows)

  1. Email cs@buffalobunny.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address
  3. Pack items securely (original packaging preferred) and ship within 14 days of receiving return instructions
    • International customers must use a tracked shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your refund or store credit, based on the policy for your order size



Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card, redeemable toward any future purchase. It is non-cash redeemable and does not expire.



International Orders (UK, EU, Canada, Australia)

All international wallpaper orders are made to order and considered final sale, unless the item is damaged or defective. We now accept pillow returns globally under the same policies as U.S. orders:

  • Returns must follow the 30-day window, eligibility, and restocking fee rules listed above
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged
  • Wallpapers remain final sale unless damaged or misprinted
  • For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
  • We'll offer a free replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping in confirmed cases
  • Restocking fee: 20% of the item total to cover made-to-order production and re-inspection

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or fall outside the return window
