Returns & Refunds

Absolutely, your happiness matters to us.

  • U.S. Orders: Pillows can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused and in original condition.
  • Wallpaper: All wallpaper is made to order and is final sale, unless damaged or defective.
  • International Orders: All sales are final for international orders (UK, EU, Canada, Australia), except in cases of damage or defect, in which case we’ll offer a full refund or free replacement.

For U.S. orders, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund, just enough time to decide if it’s truly “the one.”

For international orders (UK, EU, Canada, Australia), refunds are only offered for damaged or defective items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

To begin, simply email us at cs@buffalobunny.com with your order number. We’ll walk you through the process with care and clarity.

We keep it simple:

  • Refund – For 1–3 pillows that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. A 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Partial Refund (Store Credit) – For returns of 4+ U.S. pillows: A 20% restocking fee applies, and refunds are issued as store credit.
  • No Refund – For used, washed, or damaged pillows, or returns requested after 30 days.

Wallpaper: All wallpaper is made-to-order and final sale, except in cases of damage or production defect.


International Orders: All international pillow orders follow the same return policy as U.S. orders. Wallpaper remains final sale. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a full refund or free replacement with no extra shipping costs to you.

For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns (unless the item was defective or damaged).

If your order arrived damaged, Buffalo Bunny covers all return or replacement shipping costs.

For international orders (UK, EU, Canada, Australia), all sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective. In those cases, we cover return or replacement shipping at no extra cost. See our Refund Policy for details.

If your order qualified for free shipping, you’re responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is damaged or defective).

We cover getting it to you; you cover sending it back, if needed. Fair, simple, and fluff-friendly.

International Orders: Return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility. We accept pillow returns globally (see full policy), but wallpaper remains final sale. If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll cover all return or replacement shipping.
