If you need to cancel or make changes, email us at cs@buffalobunny.com or use our contact form with the subject line “CANCEL” or “CHANGE” (yelling optional, but encouraged).

If your order hasn’t been swept away by our magical shipping fairies yet, we’ll stop it, no problem. If it’s already en route, cue dramatic music; you’ll just need to follow our returns process instead.

If your order hasn’t left our hands yet, we’ll update it, no problem.

But if it’s already off sipping espresso with the shipping carrier… it’s officially out of our grasp. You’ll need to wait for delivery (or a return), and we’ll take it from there.

Tracking made effortless: the moment your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and direct link; click to watch its journey and see when it will arrive. Returns & Refunds

Your happiness matters to us. That’s why pillows can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused and in original condition. Wallpapers are made to order, so we aren’t able to accept returns on them. For the fine print, visit our Return & Refund Policy.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or refund, just enough time to make sure it’s a perfect fit (or decide it’s not “the one”).

To begin, simply email us at cs@buffalobunny.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process with care and clarity.

We keep it simple:

  • Full Refund: Pillows that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Partial Refund: Pillows with light handling or missing packaging may still qualify (a restocking fee may apply).
  • No Refund: Used, washed, or damaged pillows or returns after 30 days. Wallpapers are custom-crafted and made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns on them.

For orders that did not qualify for free shipping, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, Buffalo Bunny will cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements, at no extra cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
