If you need to cancel or make changes, email us at cs@buffalobunny.com or use our contact form with the subject line “CANCEL” or “CHANGE” (yelling optional, but encouraged).

If your order hasn’t been swept away by our magical shipping fairies yet, we’ll stop it, no problem. If it’s already en route — cue dramatic music — you’ll just need to follow our returns process instead.

Then it’s all tucked into a protective mailer or box approved for shipping — sleek, safe, and ready to impress on arrival. Because even packaging should feel like a moment.
